Fred, a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder, joined the firm in 1990. Born in Toronto, he graduated from Queen’s University and entered the investment counselling business in 1979. He has developed an investment counselling practice and brings 37 years of experience to the firm. His community activities include volunteer work for Canadian Blood Services and the North Toronto Soccer Club.
Rhonda Dalley, MBA, CFA
Rhonda, a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder, joined the firm in 2007. Born in Pembroke and raised in Orangeville, she graduated from the University of Guelph with a BComm and from the University of Windsor with an MBA. She has over 20 years investment experience as a research analyst and portfolio manager. She started her career at Sceptre Investment Counsel analyzing international companies before moving to Canada Trust where she conducted fundamental research on US equities. Most recently she was Vice-President & Director with TD Asset Management actively managing $1B in North American and US portfolios. Her community activities include volunteer work for the 1st Cooksville Boy Scouts.
Norman Levine MBA, CFA
Norman, a Chartered Financial Analyst, joined the firm in 2003. Born in Toronto, he graduated from York University with a BA and from Syracuse University with an MBA. He has 40 years of investment experience as an account executive, research analyst, portfolio manager, and investment strategist at Merrill Lynch Royal Securities, Crown Life, Canada Trust, Barclays McConnell, and BMO Nesbitt Burns. His community activities include volunteer work for the UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as well as Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of the United Jewish Welfare Fund of Greater Toronto and a member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation. Norman is a director of Ve’ahavta, The Canadian Jewish Humanitarian and Relief Committee. Norman is also a member of the investment committees for Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital endowment funds and the Greater Toronto Scouts Foundation. He is a former director of the Toronto CFA Society.
